Corporate Services

We provide two main service programs. If you are like 65% of our clients who prefer to rent; we have a Rental & Maintenance Program where we design, install and maintain the plants and containers in your business. If you own your plants and feel they need our technical care to take them to their full potential because you or your staff don’t have the time or skill to make them look great, each and every week we have a Guaranteed Maintenance Program. We do combinations of both programs as well.

Pro Plant Care possesses 5M in liability insurance and carries Alberta Workers
Compensation.

Pro Plant Care requires all staff to have a Canadian Police Certificate (Criminal Record Check).

For any qualified referrals received from our clients, Pro Plant Care offers one of our 8” Tropical Garden Arrangements wrapped and delivered to a preferred client, employee, etc. free of charge with a card on behalf of the referring client.

Rental & Maintenance Program

Most of our clients use our plant lease program because it provides maximum flexibility with no initial cost. Our lease programs include plants, containers, maintenance service and replacement guarantee for one monthly charge.We provide a free initial consultation with an experienced sales consultant at your business. During this site visit, we will measure the light, view your space needs and discuss your design preferences. Together you and the consultant will discuss your budget requirements and tailor our program to work with your needs.

During the visit, the consultant will prepare a custom foliage design that will enhance your office environment. The right plants, in the right location, designed for the conditions of your office. We will propose the plants and matching black decorative planters that will enhance your space. And of course, we can make several design plans to work within your budget. A final regular monthly quote will be submitted to you that will include the rental and maintenance of the number and size of plants proposed for your site. Minimum monthly fee is $65.00.

Upon your authorization of your Interior Plantscape Program Quote, your plants may be installed within a week. Special requests for planters can be done; but will take longer due to shipping and must be purchased outright by the client. Installations are done efficiently, professionally and at a convenient time for the client with a guarantee to leave the work area as it was found. In no time, your office will be transformed into a warm paradise of plants to be enjoyed by your staff and your clients.

With Pro Plant Care, your plants will be consistently maintained and replaced as necessary at no additional cost to you. Our lifetime replacement guarantee ensures that if your plant is looking unattractive, we will provide a replacement. Since all living things eventually die, it’s quite an extraordinary guarantee.

You will not wind up losing money on plants that don’t last and since they are being regularly cared for, they will give your business a completed professional image. Maintenance includes all watering needs, cleaning and trimming plants as required, fertilizing and turning plants to maintain health and appearance, cleaning containers as necessary and inspecting and keeping plants free of pests.

After the installation, Lesley personally looks after your new Interior Tropical Garden for two or more months and thereafter another trained Horticultural Technician will take care of your plants’ needs. Lesley performs regular checks on all accounts to ensure quality care is being provided and all plants look their best.

Our standard term is twelve months. After this initial term is completed, the lease runs month to month. We have no clauses or restrictions that attempt to hold clients to a lease after the initial term is completed.
