Lethbridge Outreach Schools Interior Plant
Program

Since 2003
Pro Plant Care has
provided up to 27 tropical plants/trees with weekly maintenance free of
charge to the Lethbridge Outreach Schools; which include A’sitapiksi,
Community Outreach School,
Downtown L.A. Program and the Lethbridge Outreach High School (LOHS).
All of which are located on the 3rd floor of the BLT
Building, providing the students and staff with a healthier and more
attractive environment in which to carry out their important educational
goals.

The
Community Outreach School is a district program for 12 students in
grades 6 to 9. Students who have experienced little success in a
traditional setting can be referred to this program from middle schools
within Lethbridge School District No. 51.The
Downtown L A Program is a regional program designed to help alleviate
mental health concerns in 12 to 17 year olds in a setting which meets
their academic and psycho-social needs. Through therapy these youth can
receive a level of care which greatly enhances their opportunity to
integrate into the main stream education program and be successful in
graduating and becoming productive citizens.
