Pro Plant Care
is
a Lethbridge, Alberta based interior plantscape company offering tropical
plant programs to business clients. They have been serving Lethbridge
since 1992. Established by Lesley Colburn-Swartz,
Pro Plant Care
offers the best in interior Plantscape design, placement and care.
Pro Plant Care
has “grown” from a single employee operation to 3 permanent positions and
2 casual position year round and hires additional staff for the exterior
landscaping division, which started in 1999. |

Pro Plant Care
and its “keen on green” horticultural technicians are dedicated to
providing, installing and maintaining quality tropical foliage accents
in our clients’ businesses, economically to enable all businesses to
take advantage of our service and “grow” their image.

quality tropical plants can make on the perception of their business. To
show all Lethbridge business owners they can enhance the environment they,
their staff. and their customers do business in; in an affordable,
economical way.

Our Team
|
Pro Plant Care employs a very
talented and diverse group of people that offer many years of
experience. Our team ensures customer satisfaction and quality plant
care and we are always looking for skilled people to join our team. All
staff completes an Interior Tropical Plant Program with quizzes and
final exam, and a Safety Manual produced by
Workplace Safety & Healthcare Services Ltd.
 Horticultural
Technicians:
- Must be “keen on
green” and enjoy working with people.
- A flexible work
schedule, maintaining tropical plants on an assigned route.
- Both driving and
working routes are available; must have a clear driving abstract.
- Good communication
and upbeat personality are essential. Responsible for all
aspects of taking care of the weekly maintenance of plants including
watering, pruning, cleaning, and occasional transplanting.

Pro Plant Care
requires all staff to have a Canadian Police Certificate (Criminal
Record Check).
General Technician:
- Must be “keen on
green” and enjoy working with people.
- A flexible work
schedule and varied assignments.
- Both driving and
working routes are available; must have a clear driving abstract.
- Good communication and upbeat personality is essential.
- Responsible for
cleaning, seasonal pruning, transplanting and installing Christmas
lights.

Sales Consultant:
- Great networking skills.
- Must be “keen on
green!” Your creativity and confidence will be tested when you meet with
owners and managers of Lethbridge businesses.
- A flexible work schedule.
- Both cold calls and
cold visits are required.
